I would like to know, if I get a refund for a game on time (before 3 days) which I paid for directly from a card, will the money go back to the card or will it be in Blizzard Balance?
Refunds will return the payment method you used for the Transaction, so a Card for Card payments, and Balance for Balance payments. We do not “switch” the refund destination.
Should there be any complications you may want to first reach out to your bank as usually there’s no issues unless you’ve changed bank completely.
Also refunds can take 7-28 working days depending on the payment method, bank, product or bank holidays.
