It is absolutely horrid, do not keep the loot roll system for the next tier, go back to personal loot immediatly. Or let people choose before entering raid. You are creating nothing but hardships, and people hoarding and not being deservant of loot.
There are more pugs than Guilds, so you shouldn’t cater to them, cater to the pugs.
