Return to WoW after years to find characters gone?!

Does anyone have an ideas where my characters have gone? I tried to raise a ticket but the ticket time is 4 days and keeps getting longer!

Hello Mathitorix,

that can happen if you’ve not logged in for a while, it doesn’t mean that the characters are deleted though, you just need to log into the realms that the characters are for them to appear. This article here may help!
