Add the option to use Russian text language, or at least voice acting on European servers. I sincerely do not understand why the Russian client is available on American servers but not on all others (except Russian ones). Especially considering that the Germans/French can safely play on European servers in their own language. Therefore, we would really like to be given the opportunity to put the Russian language on the euro servers.
