I have no idea whats going on but in the last 5 days whenever I’m in Arena or Heroic duels, I am plagued by constant disconnects, either in the game or whilst loading into it.
I am so royally F******ed off that such an expensive “free to play” game has such poor support and optimization that it decides to tell me that I’m reconnecting/resuming into the game to then give me the infuriating oops sprites message, dont oops sprites me, give me a chance to report this as an issue and to get a refund for my lost run.
It also doesn’t help for your community image that there is no report function for bots or griefers, more than ever now am getting into warrior bots stacking armor with no functional /common way to do jack about it. Instead of paying bonuses to Kotick why don’t you invest into a normal QA and customer service department. jesus christ get a hold off yourself actiblizz-soft
