SOD and Fresh Battlegrounds

I know battlegrounds have just come into play on Fresh, but…

As a fresh player myself, I found myself going against SOD players who…

  • had abilities available to them from two expansion ahead (e.g. Lava Burst, paladin wings, etc.);
  • had access to gear many-many phases ahead (Naxxramas, PVP gear, etc.), meaning smaller health pools, less damage output, less mitigation and so on;
  • and had ranks beyond rank 1 (which is the only available rank as the time of the release).

Can Blizzard be this disconnected from their audience? I’m just confused if this is another April’s Fools’ joke.

Blizzard should rollback the servers before the changes as I don’t want those 10000000000000000 CHRONOBOOMS TO BE STILL IN THE GAME! This is JOKE!

all the higher ranking spell books and kit that was sold last night for those who got in how unbalanced is this? blizzard 20 years and u mess up this badly
those spell books and kit will have a huge impact on everything pvp/ raids everything be a walk threw for those with these op stuff so how will blizzard fix this ?
