I’ve been an avid OW player for many years, playing various roles but the latest update to Sombra is beyond questionable.
A solid part of Sombra’s utility has always been being invisible, being able to call plays in advance where coms are responsive. Now you have 5 seconds to overview the entire situ, make a play and calls before being totally exposed and subsequently violated.
The community undoubtedly complained about Sombra which led to this update, but she has always been easily countered through decent grouping, picks and coms. I looked forward to logging into OW for some good Sombra fun, making calls and plays. This has totally broken the fun of playing her. Rubbish choice, seemingly influenced by a community of players complaining at one Hero being able to do something due to their own poor positioning and/or coms.
Poor decision. And no, the irony of complaining about this isn’t wasted on me.
