I keep getting the following error message whenever I try to request a refund: “An unknown error has occurred. This may be temporary, please try again later.”
I’ve already tried using different devices, multiple browsers, and even changing my internet connection, but the same error keeps appearing. From what I’ve seen in the forums, this issue has existed for at least a year, so it seems to be a problem on Blizzard’s side rather than mine.
Since I am unable to create a ticket through the refund system, how can I proceed to obtain my refund?
