Starcraft 2 - code activation or commander problem

Hello!

I was given the activation code for the commander NOVA, after activation, the commander appeared in the collection. But I didn’t get a level after the game. As it was level 5, it remained so. I decided to wait, because I have no idea how long it takes for the code to apply.

It’s been 3 weeks, I haven’t played, and tonight I decided to come play. After the game, the commander didn’t get any experience anyway. Then I started looking for information on the Internet, and they told me that the activation code could be a bug and I had to enter code again, I typed the code again, but was refused with the inscription “this code was activated earlier”, then I went back to the collection, but the commander is not there.

I tried to write to technical support, but my ticket did not appear in my requests.

Do the developers support the game?
Has anyone encountered this, what should I do?

Have you tried looking on the Starcraft 2 forums ? The ones for Europe English are here:

I would try asking first in StarCraft 2 General – someone there might have encountered the same situation or be familiar with it.
