I need advice on how long it takes for battlenet support to resolve my stolen account. (Account hacked Ticket Number: EU94213793)
My account was stolen on Saturday April 20th. I immediately responded to support, sent all the necessary confirmations. After three days on Monday, the only answer was that I should add a new email, which I did immediately, and for the next two days without a single response from GM. I have experience with Apple or Sony playstation support and always help within one day. Please where is the problem. I do not understand.
