Have tried every step from different support steps with connection issues and it still not work

This usually means that your IP and/or CD-Key might have a temporary restriction placed on it. You would have to wait until this restriction is lifted.

Not in detail, no, as we here in the forum do not have access to accounts. Please try and open a general ticket to contact support and ask them, as they should have that information.

I have tried to do that. filled all lines correctly but when i submit it goes back instead of confirm, tried so many times. is there any chances for them to contact me? are u able to message them ?

yes i tested other ticket but it was not classic games . but i hope they will write to me and can maybe help me from there thanks

Hello, having the same problem. Watching the Diablo 4 videos gave me the itch to fire up d2 again, so I downloaded, installed and everything, but when I click to enter battle.net it starts the update and then disconnects me. This happens on all servers and even open server. Haven´t played in years so I don´t think there´s any reason for me to being suspended
