Stuck on checking versions screen

Hi, I just reinstallled diablo 2 lod since all the hype from resurrected I wanted to go back again and remember old times

I used my all life long personal private cd keys in my disc and once installed and converted to 26 digit key and getting patched successfuly, loading will be stuck in checking versions. tried different regions, still the same.

I run in admin mode and service pack 3, and also with -w , do not have a vpn or proxy either… can anybody tell me how to fix it?

Yes I tried that troubleshooting and also been investigating in the internet but cannot get it solved

PErhaps i have anything temp baned for some reason i dont know? Could you confirm if thats my case? If not, then ive absolutely no clue…
