I got a ban for innapropriate name in eu server and want to appeal chat restrictions, but blizzard support page isn’t working (500 error code). How I can contact the support or how long temporary restiction is?

There is also a general appeal page here https://eu.support.blizzard.com/en/article/166944 ; it is quite recent (updated 2 weeks ago), so perhaps Blizzard has changed the process.
