I created on monday a ticket to tech support regarding a Hacked account, and they haven’t answered. When I created the ticket, there was a message saying that the approx. time of response would be 24h, but there have passed 5 days since the upload and I have absolutely no response, not even to tell me that they are reviewing my case.
To give some context: On monday I was checking if there was some kind of pre-download for overwatch 2, but I couldn’t log in to my account because “my mail was not linked to any account”. Later I saw that probably my account had been hacked and they changed my mail, and checking my email I saw that in june someone changed my email account (without my consent). Since before june I hadn’t used my account, so I didn’t notice the email, nor the account change. Now I’d like to have my account back, but tech support is taking so long to check my ticket.
Is this normal? Can I contact blizzard in any more direct way? (Trying the forums maybe someone who can reach tech support reads this :))
