Hello. My two accounts were wrongly blocked. I submitted an appeal in the US region with the ticket number US104212211. The customer service representative approved my appeal and lifted the block. However, strangely, my accounts can only be logged in via the web pages in the EU/US regions. When trying to log in in the Asian KR region, it still prompts the error BLZBNTTAS00000006. Also, I’m unable to log in to the battle.net application in the US, EU, and KR regions. I’ve tried reinstalling the battle.net application following the instructions given by the customer service, but the result remains the same.
