Ticket waiting time

Hi everyone, how long does it take for someone from blizzard to respond to a ticket? I just want to update my phone number, as i lost the previous one, to a new one. also to change the countries, thanks

That’s actually the same for me, but instead blizzard has decided to take there sweet time and by that i mena roughly a week now to actually even get any progress made on my account and have again left me

Under normal circumstances, it is 24-48 hours at most.

Right now however, the wait is over a week and they are swamped. Wrath of the Lich King Classic pre-patch, then release, then some ban waves, then OW2 release and the requirement for new Overwatch and Modern Warfare players to have a phone number linked to their account means that a lot of players need help right now. And that’s not accounting for players coming back to their game after a long time being away and not remembering their credentials to log in or discovering that their account has been hacked and banned.

I haven’t seen any official number… but from posts here and elsewhere, it seems to be in the 10 to 15 days bracket. You can check on your ticket status here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/case (you’ll need to be logged on the same account you file the ticket under).

Who would have thought that patches and releases could result in more tickets? No way to prepare support staff for heavier load.

A week just for a response :frowning: I too need to remove an old mobile number I no longer have access to and replace with a new number.

My ticket is about my hacked account, how long i need to wait?

My ticket is as well about hacked account, no response. So basically are you saying that OW and MW players phone link is more important than hacked account ???

My ticket has been sat with them for 10 days with no response. I’m not sure what they’re looking at, or what they’re prioritising.

I’d settle for dealing with outsourced support, than these wait times (assuming the support isn’t already outsourced)
