Hello, why tickets are taking so long to reply. Big company like blizzard cant afford support team or they dont give a damn about player comunity. Would like to know. Thx
This forum is for feedback about the battlenet desktop app aka the launcher, you would be better off inquiring in the forum for the game you are having issues with.
I know for World of Warcraft they are dealing with a high volume of tickets at present and people are taking up to a week to get a response.

If this is true for WoW then it also applies for all other games because for quite a while the support is handling all games not just a specific one.
