The ow game is not acknowledging qualified top 500 players on open que competitive (in my case) and I can’t log into the bug report.

Not sure what you mean by not being to log into it… ensure that you are logged in the forums (top right corner of the screen) with the same UserID and Password that you use to connect to the Battle.Net Desktop App.
