So, here is my issue… I accidently transferred my SoM character to Wrath Firemaw Server rather than to Era Firemaw server… I have seen a few forums about it which in some cases GM help them and in some others cases GM don’t (with same issue), so I guess you have to be lucky with the GM assigned to help you…! I have opened multiple tickets asking for help as this mistake is done by many people because the transfer menu is confusing and in my case I did not see any indication I was transferring to Wrath servers and they were all answered “No sorry not possible” even though it has been done to other people… This is absolutely frustrating to me on how can they not offer any help with such a simple request after playing and having this account since 2005! offering absolutely no help what so ever except some lame sorry speech about how they would also feel bad if they were in my shoes… So I am writing this this in hopes of maybe some GM who is actually helpful can help me with my situation.

Given that you have already submitted several tickets on this issue, and that you have only received negative answers… the next step might be for you to find out why the transfer you are trying to get is not possible… and what else you can do. The best way to do that would be to post in the WoW Customer Support forum:
The Blizzard staff who moderate the forum aren’t GM… so they might not be able to effect the transfer you seek. But they should be able to explain why you’ve been getting negative answers and perhaps point out some alternatives.
Do take a few minutes and review Customer Service Information before posting there.
