Unable to install World of Warcraft

I have been trying for the best part of a day to install World of Warcraft.

This started with trying to update the installation, after an hour it was still flicking between queued and checking? It never progressed further than 0%.

I swapped the internet connection from my home Virgin account to using the mobile hotspot on my Samsung Tablet, using EE as a provider. Still no change.

Then tried uninstalling World of Warcraft, along with Classic. This didn’t work. I did however notice it had left ghosts in Windows Add/Remove Programs. This was only fixed by uninstalling Battle.net entirely and removing the ProgramData.

This removed the entries. So I then thought it might be space, so I uninstalled all games listed in Battle.net. Again, no change and now I can see that it effects all these games too, I’m unable to reinstall any of them.

How do I go about getting a refund on the subscription I applied for as this isn’t going to be able to be used.
