Unable to respond to gamemaster request


I have a request to remove the authenticator #89084303 and as part of this request, I must provide additional account information via the link in the response email. But when I click on the link, I just get to the authorization page. How can I provide information on my request?

If you create a new ticket, mention the ticket number that you had open previously, then include the requested information, we’ll be able to check the previous ticket no problem.
