Hey, i am unable to whisper to anyone that is not on my friends list when playing diablo 4. Even when they whisper to me first im not able to reply without adding them wich makes things so much harder and weird than it has to be for simple interactions that i think are key for a good diablo 4 experience. I have looked all theese forums and reddit, ive found alot of other people with the same problem, with no fix. Seemingly dating all the way back to when diablo 4 launched for some.
Is there still really no fix for this after all this time?
My private messages is set to everybody in account settings.

I don't know which Team is responsible for this issue -- the D4 Team or the Battle.Net Team. Perhaps it depends whether the problem is only on D4 or whether it also affects other games.

its seems to me like its battlenet, not diablo 4 thats actully causing, i cant answer messages on battlenet if im not friend with the one sending it, getting that error code one of the links you shared talks about, so where should i with it then? seems to me that people have complaining about this for a very long time and nothing has happened, so i kinda want to speak to someone who can actually help resolve as it makes diablo not as fun.
