Unable to start game on launcher (Any Ideas)

So i saw another poster make this post but then deleted everything inside it, less helpful but ok…

I cant seem to launch any games from the battlenet launcher, if i try to do it manually using the game application boot it opens the launcher and does nothing,

I tried scanning game files to see if that was an issue but this doesnt work it just sits at 0% infact its been 45 minutes and on one of the games its still at 0%…

Interested to know if anyone else has this issue and if there is a fix what that might be please.

Same problem. Game not launching. It was working earlier this morning…

left it running about15 minutes later it logged in

Same problem, there is a process in the background but nothing else.

log out out of battle.net launcher and log back in…i have no problem anymore

Same here, have tried logging out but didnt work for me. Ran repair tool also but still no luck

ive looked for a blue post there is nothing and the only other person to mention it deleted their post so if they figured it out they decided to delete the thread instead of sharing what they did :frowning: Super frustrating,

Same here… come on blizz… say something… i have to stay indoors for 3 days and have nothing good to do!!!

I have problems too, was searching for solutions and uninstalled the bettlenet app, while I was reinstalling, my WoW started up, twice, so it is working, it just takes an unsainly amount of time. (+/- 20 min)

I had the same issue, i fixed it by doing a Scan and repair of WOW.

Simply open Battlenet - go to WOW - click options(next to play) and choose “Scan and Repair” - wait for it to complete, it should during the process download some missing files - after that you should be able launch WOW, i double checked and it worked for me.

theres a long delay, pressed play, left it, took 55 secs to finally start up. Its usually instant… hope this help people

Fingers Crossed this is fixed soon, in the meantime ive installed the game on a new drive through steam and will play it via that, just annoying to have 2 versions of the game installed…
