Unrightfully banned playing COD Modern Warfare 3

My account (Gizmo#24831) was banned, I want to know the specific reason of why it was banned, and I don’t just want to hear that it was a “breach of terms” because I played the game for 1,5 rounds, I want either a refund for the game I paid 79,99 for, or for my account to get unbanned.

I’m also never letting this go, dear Blizzard/battle.net team, I spent a lot of money for a game I really wanted to play only to get banned after playing 1,5 rounds.

If needed I can show you via screenshots when I first got the account (Gizmo#24831) and when I got banned an hour and a half later!

  1. This forum is exclusively dedicated for collecting feedback on the Battle.net launcher by Blizzard.

  2. CoD is a game by Activision! They are responsible for bans themselves, so please talk with their support. Blizzard can’t do anything for you.

  3. And lastly: Even if Blizzard could do something for you, bans are not to be discussed in the forum. Instead, you would have to send your appeal in form of a ticket.

I’m just frustrated because activision is saying I have no bans, and blizzard is saying I was banned for breaching their terms of use, I’ve tried everything but to no avail.

Have you found any fixes for this? The exact same thing happened to me. I was gone on a camping trip and when i got back it said i was banned. They said it was a hack and i got a random steam account unlinked. Activision tells me that there is no active bans but battle.net says the opposite. I contacted activision about it and they told me to contact blizzard but I havent gotten a response yet.
