Open Collective Appeal from Diablo Immortal Players

We, the undersigned players of the merged The Ancients servers, wish to report the unacceptable behavior of the player Soto from the clan Bloodthirsty Teddy Bears.

This player has repeatedly violated the game’s rules and standards of conduct:

insulting other players and humiliating women;

making discriminatory and aggressive statements;

repeatedly harassing female players in the game;

offering sexual services, displaying clearly perverse behavior.

Despite numerous complaints from players, this account remains active. It appears that Blizzard is ignoring his actions due to his significant financial investments. Such tolerance undermines trust in the company and damages the game’s reputation.

We demand immediate action from Blizzard: the account of Soto must be permanently banned. The game community must be safe and fair, and abusers and harassers should not feel immune from consequences.

Leaving such behavior unpunished is a disgrace for Blizzard and an insult to all honest players. We insist on justice and the protection of the community

This is a super FALSE CLAIM , generated byy a player MysTyri who was banned many times with nicks Tyrael, Aegon, AegonStark

Thıs MysTyri is a day 1 worldchat troll, who logs in to insult players’

  • Ethnicity
  • Religion
  • Gender
  • etc

The aformentioned Soto confonts him on worldchat to stop his insults, thus MysTyri with help of another toxic player Nihazgal (also has an alt with nick antisionist) generated the post above to threaten.

MysTyri is paragon 160 since 3 years, he never plays the game but logs in to insult players,

His friends like Thule(bilzzID CRANKYPANTS) , Panzer365 (blizzID SNARKYGOBLIN) and Nihazgal(BlizzID GEN16, also the originator this FALSE CLAIM POST) are fueling him to insult SoTo or any other players that actually play the game.

Soto is a helpful and kind player, The names above are super toxic any server must be cleansed off.

Tyri is not a player he calls himself the “troll supreme”, he has no manners and now “dictates” the OG post to Nihazgal to type here and harass a player called SoTo who helps everyone?

Blizzard admins if you are reading this please check chat activity of MysTyri and Nihazgal. I am sure you would ban those in a second once you notice how toxic they are.

Offset, Here I am, using my real name, and I am glad to see that you take these issues seriously.

I can provide screenshots showing how the following members of BTB harassed me because of my religion—something they went to great lengths to uncover, even though I was not actively promoting it and only a handful of people knew. These members are PootieTang (originally under the account Slarky, until he acquired this higher-reso account) and Soto, who engaged in this behavior on a daily basis.

In addition, I should mention the regular sexual harassment I also received from Conashu (another bought/gifted account) and Soto.

Since you clearly oppose this kind of discrimination, I would appreciate seeing your clan/alliance will take appropriate action.

Thank you for confirming what I said. Scientology is a recognized approved religion in the USA, UK, and many European countries, including Switzerland. But even if it wouldnt be, every person has the right to believe whatever they want, this is something that has been established in the Universal Human Rights, right after WW2.

Furthermore that information never been shared publicly in game chats, because religion belief is a personal business, just as much as Christianity, Islam or Ateism is. I don´t believe religious or political discussion belongs to world chat, therefore a refrain myself from both, and generally I do not care about people´s religion in game.

That information was publicly mentioned by Pootietang first time, and then chanted like a mantra everyday by Soto. Which is interesting because I never had ANY in depth interaction with either of them to know about that. So who seeked attention here? I point out a GAME related issue, and answer from those? Attack me on a private level, to deflect from their cheating.

My personal life never been published in world chat by me, but by the stalking members of your clan. If it´s there it´s becuase YOU BRING IT there. It´s creepy.

Anyway thank you for your contribution for

  1. Confirming what this post saying
  2. You showing yourself as the person discriminating and again mentioning my personal life, while hiding under a nick nobody knows (I am just guessing you are Pootietang)

I have spent a while deciding whether to post here and how much to say. Wc is usually a pretty rowdy environment and I do think that if you engage in anyway you are likely to take some flak.

However, Soto is the first player I have felt the need to block in a long time after he escalated from wc harassment to sending dms that were sexualised, insulting and included repeated threats to make me ‘collateral’ in his vendetta against other players. I think you can guess who from his comments and those of his alts above.

I do think that he has lost track of what is acceptable and the comments he has sent to me and other players have become increasingly misogynist, personal and sexualised in nature. Like Wiv, I have also had aspects of my personal life that I had not chosen to share used in wc as an attack.

While the block button has made life much pleasanter for me, I am aware that his comments have upset my friends and clan mates. Equally, the way that he discusses and harasses other players (especially women) is genuinely uncomfortable to read for everyone.

At the very least, I would hope that this would be a reminder that harassment doesn’t go unnoticed by the wider community and reflects well on no one.

Well Gravelight, you and Wiv classify MysTyri as just a naughty bored boy by encouraging how he trolls the entire server despite he never plays the game.

YOU and Wiv are proud of that MysTyri person because he

  • Harasses females
  • Mocking/dissing player’s ethnicity
  • Attacking Israel and Jewish in the most disgusting way (wiv likes this part most)

When SoTO confronts all and many other stuff added to the above list, Wiv and Grevelight make him a target by the help of their extreme linguist skills, because they are both Bulgaria born UK refuged English Teachers, thus they know how to subtly diss players.

We have never seen SoTo sexually or in any other way attacking/harassing people, but have seen Gravelight and Wiv throttling MysTyri to escalate the MysTyri’s toxic fire

This makes you , Wiv and Grave , equally toxic as Mystyri-Thule-Panzer-Nihazgal and your well designed, ornated, too long to read, english poems will not prove otherwise.

We consider SoTo not as a saint but as a reactive statement to your never ending toxic

Stop talking about Tyri, me, and others. This post is about Soto. What he and you are doing is toxic, against the TOS, and in some places could even be criminal.

My age, hobbies, family, or beliefs are not the issue—your actions are. Doxxing and sexual harassment are never acceptable, and no amount of dragging other players into it changes the facts.

Ask yourself: would you be proud to show your words and behavior to your parents, boss, or real-life friends? If not, you know it’s wrong. If yes, then I feel sorry for you—get new friends, and work on becoming a better person.

I am one of Wiv’s target audience/victim . This Wiv person tried to convert me to her cult called scientology. She tried to force me buying their online books…

Keep telling stories, I literally have no idea who you are, and it never happened, me trying to convert anyone. Actually if you would know about it just a tiny bit, (not from tabloids) you would know we don´t convert and we dont need to convert. Even if you create 1000 more accounts with stories about that, not even that will make it true. and anyone who ever talked to me can attest to that. as the majority of my friends found out from YOU guys, and didnt even believe it first. They thought Soto and Pootie made it up (you see how trustworthy they are deemed by their community?) And guess what. They DID NOT CARE and changed nothing in my relationships. But even if I did preach (I did not), it is STILL not a crime, not even against the TOS. Discriminating one for their religious beliefs and sexual harrassment IS. So is stalking.

I just love how you guys dig yourself deeper and deeper and not in a game chat but here on a public forum (which can be used for legal actions easier).

Actually a total of 10 people knew my religious belief, untii Pootietang and Soto made their personal mission to chant it in world chat daily. Not because I felt ashamed of it, but I thought this doesnt belong to a game. So the only people who were doing “converting” is your clan members. Let us also add your recently created clan description, which again was screenshotted and you were reported by 10’s of people for. Not to mention that it lost you clan members.

For example, barrating me for my spelling, dispite me telling you that i am dyslexic. Then repeatedly calling me white trash… when infact im not white. You are a racist, a bully and a hypocrite. Multiple times I tried to sort things out directly with you, even apologizing, but every attempt was declined. While I still believed it was a misunderstanding, your actions have now shown otherwise.

You stopped talking to me earlier, and Saba said it was because you had screenshots from before—but that doesn’t match what Saba said or what you are saying here. I even asked you point-blank what your issue was, and you said nothing. You also told Infinite Storm that you had no issue with me. So which is it?

Meanwhile, instead of resolving things, you targeted my friends and my clan, seemingly for “fun,” while Princess protected known sexual harassers. That crosses a line. I now realize that reconciliation was never possible, and I’m glad we didn’t go down that path.
