Before the update that happened the mouse pointer was visible now after that update it’s not visible anymore.
Are you playing in full screen ?
Another player reported having a problem with his mouse disappearing when playing full screen… here:
yep full screen. i know windowed works but they would need to do borderless fullscreen as option. Doubt they going implement that.

OK – well, at least you can play the game…

Report it in Warcraft I & II General Discussion and hope like crazy… I don’t know what the plans are for the Remastered WC 1 & 2… it might be hoping for too much.

Looks like WC 2 has the same issue…
So I found a possible solution to this bug, at least for me. My cursor was invisible on Full Screen 2560x1440 resolution. I fixed it by following these steps:
- Open the install folder ‘Warcraft I Remastered’, open ‘x86’ and right click ‘Warcraft.exe’ and select properties
- Click the tab ‘Compatibility’ and then click ‘Change high DPI settings’ near the bottom
- At the bottom of that window under ‘High DPI scaling override’ check the box and make sure ‘Application’ is selected from the dropdown menu
That fixed it for me, hope that helps others having the same problem
