I played about 8 games. 7 of those had lag spikes every 3 seconds.
I tried the custom games like dota…no lag at all, which means its not a connection issue from my end.
I play through battlenet.
Suggestions?

I would recommend to run a WinMTR while playing the sort of game you are having issues with. This might show if there is anything on the route to the servers that can cause spikes.
