Been running Warzone / Modern Warfare since launch on a HP Laptop W10 and 4Mb Nvidia card without any issues. One week ago the problems started - mid game, the PC would show a blue screen briefly, (Saying Locked screen) and PC shut down.
Have tried the following
- Updated graphics drivers
- Ran update and repair (only worked when windows defender and avast disabled)
- uninstalled and reinstalled game from scratch.
One of the error codes that came up on the blizzard repair run mentioned a DirectX12 issue. This is also fully up to date.
I’m a bit stuffed.
Any thoughts??
