When using my HUAWEI 5G router, I'm unable to connect to the battle app

Hi,

Can someone please help me figure out why I’m unable to connect to the battle app when I’m connected to my HUAWEI 5G router?

If I connect to my Sky broadband router, then the issue goes away.

I’ve restart & reset my HUAWEI 5G router and that hasnt seemed to work.

I’ve also tried ipconfig /release, ipconfig/flushdns etc nothing helps.

Error message I get:
We couldn’t log you into Battle.net. While you are offline, friends & chat will be unavailable, and you will have to log in when playing games or accessing account management.

BTW, I did a search and found an idea to try. Some players say enabling their VPN solved the problem.
