My opinion is ;
New currencies will come with ; Blizzard service update and date is :05/05/2022, 02:00
I think 4 May is for USA, which is quite understandable. If you check expansions date you 'll also see CEST time always couple hour passed midnight.For Turkey ; around 03.00 AM 05/05/2022

Europe has it’s own branch and servers, we can’t care less about the time in California. if we did, we would be on US forums.

All those countries are CEST +2 or more. If you are giving updates about local currencies, it would make if sense the dates are in local time too
