Why does it take so long to look at my ticket?

Hello,
I opened a ticket like 6 days ago and it hasn’t even been opened yet. Is that normal and do other people have the same problem as me? Is the queue really that long, or does blizzard support just don’t care?

I feel you,+7 days is what i’ve got so far… mine was opened right away but have had no contact from Devs/GM

Oh dear lord… So i’m not the only one then, been waiting for nearly 5 days now for a ticket response in order to remove a function from the account… Accounting is usually fast, but this time around, they’re more and more becoming Microsoft, i.e worlds worst customer support.

Same here, I’ve been waiting 6 days for a response. smh

There are currently a lot of tickets waiting for a reply or action by Customer Support.

Many events have occurred recently… and these have generated a lot of tickets (players who couldn’t login their account, technical issues, phone number issues, etc…):

  • the launch of Overwatch 2,
  • the launch of Wrath of the Lich King.
  • updates for Diablo II: Resurrected,
  • updates for Diablo Immortal,
  • updates for Hearthstone,
  • the beta for Dragonflight,
  • the beta for Modern Warfare II,
  • the upcoming beta for Diablo IV

In addition, there has been a few ban waves and those always generate a pile of tickets from players who want to appeal their ban.

So… ticket wait time is very high atm… wait times of 6 or 7 days are not unusual. If you have a ticket number, you should be OK… you can check the status of your ticket here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/case – ensure you are logged in the same account that you used to file the ticket.

Yea sure, I understand that. But I’m currently at 2 weeks now. I paid for the game and can’t play because my character in WoW Classic got deleted, I don’t know why and I want to get help. So I’m currently paying, without being able to play.

Exactly same here , you should return the subscribtion time to users…

I have been waiting 2 weeks on a ticket for my account being hacked and stolen. My account that I have had for close to 2 decades gone. Waiting for any word. Litterally hit 80 in classic WOTLK and 6 hours later accont is gone.

Has anyone Found a Solution to getting the tickets Resolved faster or an Alternative contact Method? I have logged a few tickets and they are just not been looked at.
