World Sever Down on Jan 3 caused mythic plus progress to be reverted

This morning, Jan 4 2024, I did a 22 Atal’Dazar run on my character Shamran (Aggramar, EU). I got +6 mythic plus rating to bring my rating at that time from 3044 to 3050. After the World Server was down on this morning on Jan 3 2024, the run in question was deleted. My rating was once again 3044 and it appeard in the in-game mythic plus interface as if I had not done that run. I can provide screenshots from raider. i o where it shows that my rating was 3050 and that I had completed the AD run in question. Please provide feedback on when this issue will be resolved so the correct mythic plus progress will be reflected in-game. Thanks in advance.

I opened a ticket about this and felt more lost after the ticket was answered then before even posted a screenshot from raiderio but i got “clarified” that it was not blizzards site.

Well, that is discouraging. Have also opened a ticket - despite the process of opening a ticket is now equivalent of completing a decathlon in things that are confusing and misleading. I hope this can be resolved. Surely there must be a record of activities completed despite the World Server being down after those activities have been completed. E.g. the run in question did still count towards my progress in the weekly “complete 4 mythics”-quests. So it is registered somewhere.
