WoW Access_Violation The instruction at 00f referenced memory could not be read

Hi All

I have recently upgraded to a 14900k and everything was fine until I updated the Bios two days ago and now am getting almost constant crashes in wow. THe game freezes I get the blue circle of death then kicked out- I have a screenshot of the error and have run a DxDiag if needed.

The Error reads ACCESS_VIOLATION The instruction at "000f… … " referenced memory at “0x000 … …” could not be read

I am fairly confident its not my add ons as I tested by manually disabling them etc. As mentioned previously I updated my motherboard to the latest Bios recently and enabled XMP (it was enabled before) and wonder if this might be causiong the issue

I can provide screenshot and the DxDiag if needed
