Those self-service tools are unable to find any characters on Retail realms. Only Classic characters are available. I asked few persons from different WoW realms and IRL countries to check it, they have the same issue. I have found an old post about it, last comment was from blizzard in 2023, they said “they are looking into it”, and the thread was locked. Still looking? I’d like to get some updates.
Then maybe try asking in the WoW forum?
