One night I was just chilling, doing light stuff like transmogs, AH and LFR. I quit the game, get some food and after an hour I came back to play, I was banned with the reason of using cheats (which I never did DUH).
Like a normal human being, I created a ticket. And a bot replied me ofc by saying “This action has been taken in accordance with our Terms of Use and our In-game Policies ( https://blizzard.com/support/article/42673 ), which all players acknowledge and agree to prior to playing. These policies and conditions allow us to maintain a fun and safe game environment for all of our players.”. Well, that reply helps with nothing.
I just want a human being talk to me, not templates or bots that auto reply. I know that I am not the only one and it happens to a lot of people but being banned from a game and having no human being talk to you is kinda frustrating.
