I queued for 2 hours. then when it got to 0. it put me into the offline characters.
I have never played offline or clicked this.
i clicked to the online characters and it rejoined the que at 200… so another 2 hours.
its been like this for a month now i know you are only a small and new company but try to fix this or more people will leave.
try not harassing the women at your company and get some work done…
Same problem just happened.
I understand the reason why blizzrd made a queue, but why does the player have to sit in front of the monitor all this time and at the end re-go to the end of the queue because the server could not let him in? Two hours of waiting what for?
I think that harassing women at the moment is more important than thinking about how to make the game playable

Same here, this is the newest “feature”. Endless neverending queue loops instead of being honest and saying the servers are dead…
queue 200 is like 30min
First time? Heh this is well known feature called a double queue. Its rumored to be soon improved to triple queue
waited for about 30 minutes in queue, then it said cannot connect to server. now im back to queuing.
Used to be fast. Today 195 ppl q was about 80 minutes from 14-10 to 15-30 moscow time. And disconnected after ofc. Frustrating af
I think that people have learned not to leave the game and the queue moves only because of the one who was disconnected, that’s why it took so long.
