but in diablo 2 r i play normal all is fine
i reinstal game turn off firewall reset ruter and proble is still

Can you try relogging on the Battle.net application, ensuring that you are launching D2R using the app to play on the correct account. This message normally indicates either you are not online or you do not own the game.
If this isn’t the issue you are seeing, please close as many other background applications as possible.
If the issue persists, please upload your system files to pastebin.com and reply with the links to the files using the preformatted text option to encapsulate the links.

same here. ptr doesn’t work 30day login issue and it’s boot lopping.

For Dante, the PTR has ended, you will not be able to connect to the PTR servers. You can read more on this here.
FallOfDark, I reread your first post. It seems like you are talking about the PTR too. If this is the case, with the PTR servers being down this is why you are unable to connect. Your files are looking absolutely fine otherwise.
If this is for regular D2R, you should be able to work around any connection issues in a new administrator account.

This issue is happening to me, haven’t logged in in 30+ days and always get the message to start the game while online… I’m starting the game while online, I intend to play online but this message keeps appearing. I have created a new administrator account and the issue persists
Just to updte, after 2 days of this happening, I am now able to log in and play the game. Don’t know why it took so long but at leats it’s working now
