how come your problem fixes are making the game more unplayable each day? this cant be serious??? i have to wait 30-45mins in queue only to play a single game after which i get the constant error message with my “connection issue” which can only be fixed by restarting the game to end up in the queue again?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

It wasnt ready for the release, simple like this. Countless games did it before and until some serious lawsuit is going to get one of these companies it will continue happening.
Only the online version of the game is unplayable do to the queuing so its not a complete delivery of faulty product but game just was/still is not ready to take up the volumes - it also crashes for lots of people. This is what I would guess open beta should be for but it was only for them to cash in more money from eager people.
I hope more people will realise that this is factually part of the betatesting and reason why you do it - if game can withstand the volumes and if servers are ready for final release, but we live in the heavily money oriented society so practical cause of open beta got bypassed for monetary gain.
Now questions is what are we going to do about this.
