Hello, I have an offline character (Amazon) and reached the boss Duriel in act 2. Since I could not defeat him, I saved the game and left. The next day the portal to Duriel disappeared. I no longer have a Horadrim staff and can’t find it. So I can’t create a new portal to Duriel and can’t complete the game. This is very annoying.
Can you make another staff by searching for the pieces again?
The staff is assembled once, it punches a hole in the wall, a passage to Duriel, after which this hole remains in place until the end of the game.
The problem is your carelessness, not your game.
Did ypu visit the right tomb of tal rasha?

There is no ‘portal’ to get back to Duriel quickly - you need indeed to use the Canyon of the Magi waypoint, make your way through the correct tomb, and then use the entrance in the cracked open wall to enter Duriel’s lair. Also - do not make a similar mistake in Act III! Once you kill Mephisto, you will need to use the portal at the center of his room to unlock Act IV… Otherwise, it’s a long run back from Travincal, and having to deal with Mephisto and all his goons again
