There are already quite a lot of botusers in the game that have been bought for money. Blizzard can’t do anything about it. Why not make an official bot so that everyone is on equal terms.
And why? What are you going to do later when you have botted all the gear you need?

make it for gold, 500k per hour. In your free time, you collect gold, and while you sleep, the bot collects things for you and you can be joyful in the morning
so that you are a bit closer to… what?) Isn’t the point of the game to COLLECT all the gear? Why play? Have the bot play for you from the beginning to end so that you can share on your facebook the Enigma it makes

I did exactly this - I got Ber early, sold it ridiculously well, geared my main chars and stopped playing after 2 days)
Sadly, the game has nothing to offer as soon as you find all the best gear you wanted. For some reason it was enough for me to play for months back in the day, but not enough now.
So for me the best fun is gearing when you are poor as hell

No thanks. People that bot will find a way, but I don’t want them as a feature in the game. Tibia started doing that and look at it now - you can log out to train skills if you pay instead of working for them.
do you see any other way than botting to find High Runes and high itemes in this game? of course they bot, because spending your life to find items in D2 is not recommended.
