It seems like these AAA publishers either use cheap and weak server providers or there aren’t any good server providers on the whole planet, whose servers don’t crash at least a few times a week.

So cool to see the servers gone Sunday night… The whole planet is playing and the servers die.
No game today for Europeans.
Hope they fix it and give some compensation.
Just bought and installed the game to have som fun playing this sunday off.
After one hour of play my character is gone ? How long is the refund window?
Characters gone, what gives? Is this the blizzard way of doing things now? Broke games galore? Should’ve just waited or outright not bought it. The straw that broke the camels back sure is getting pretty damn close now blizzard.

Je ne suis pas du genre a faire des topo mais j’ai acheter le jeu sur ordinateur et apres 1 semaine d’attente sans pouvoir y jouer je me suis resigner et j’ai acheter la version sur ps4, et voila ! a 2 reprises aujourdh’ui jai perdu ma progression de mes personnages, jai donc jouer pour absolument rien, quel plaisir de voir vos serveurs completement a la derive, p-e auriez vous du envisager que ce jeu a deja 20 ans et que faire un remastered allais attirer 20 ans de gamer, mais il semble que vous vous etes planter… je ne vais pas me plaindre mais vraiment ca commence a etre carrement une farce votre lancement. je pense que pour corriger ces problemes de serveur il faudra s’armer de patience !! et la mienne es de plus en plus courte ! lol

Just logged in and for two days in a row now : no Online character visible in peak hours.
Nowadays game prices are more and more expensive and quality is more and more cheaper, Blizzard is no exception.
No more pre-order for me, I’m fed up crying for a refund for each game.

Looks like we’re experiencing another drop on the servers, and our developers are investigating once again.
I know it’s frustrating, and I wish I had a better answer for you all. Hopefully things are resolved very soon.

Surprise, … I was trying to enjoy my weekend playing a little and all my characters are gone…

Same, all characters are gone - invested alot of time and i really hope they come back…
