All Online characters gone

I Exit the game black screen appeared. When get back to the game all my online characters are gone.

Same here. And Blizzard doesn’t even allow you to report it to them under support. They are doing great.

The same character in my Asian version has disappeared! what reason?

Apparently the character server is down, so that’s probably why our characters doesn’t show,

I just found a unique ring and wanted it to be identified by Cain when i suddenly disconnected. Then they showed me my character 6 levels under what i was supposed to and i hopefully restarted the game. Turns out i couldnt connect to online mode anymore.

Come here to find informations about this and of course the wild flock has gathered to tell us that their characters are gone. At least Dinin showed the information needed.

when servers go offline all you char seems gone isnt first time this happened most likely the will return when the servers are online again

remasters and old games are supported by minorities who were dragged from the ghetto and put before visual studio, not really surprised that nothing works properly, not sure it can get any better in the future until things change and they start hiring actual specialists again
