Creating a trade game that is filled with 7 guys with chinese or gibberish names instantly doing mf. Quest/leveling runs fail because XownagesosoX jumps in and solo kills everything.

I’m tired of this garbage spending 30 min of my playtime to get a baalrun that is actually not fake. Couple this with the garbage game list and the non-working refresh.
Enable players command online, so these people don’t feel the need to abuse other peoples games or scam with bait games, no reason not to. Thank you.
Yep, the guy creating the fake run waits for the game to fill up, then WPs and teles to every mf location, mob difficulty is then applied and after that he takes his time clearing when people realize they got fooled and leave, the mobs are still set to the p count.
After they cleared they create a new game like ‘‘fastsosobaal23’’
Yeah imagine a working and/or dad who has a couple hours to spare in a week or a legit (not jsp using) player in general finds a PERFECT GRIFFON , which was (iirc) worth like a jah+ getting downed more and more by all the bot floods and price fixing fg whales, that you can be happy if you get a ber for it after a week, since blizz doesn’t seem to lift a finger about it.
Dude…a perfect Griffon in non-ladder is still worth 10Jah+…what are you talking about?
And by the way…I am a working dad and still managed to find my own griffon, dweb…rolled my own enigma, infinity, multiple griefs, 2fortituteds, coh, ebotd, faith etc without d2jsp or rmt. Only ingame trading, on this forum and a couple of trades on traderie. In total I estimate I am around at 500-600h invested in D2 since launch.
Drop rates are more than fine…especially if you have a tiny amount of luck. People should just learn do play the game fast and efficiently. I am forced to do so as I can’t allocate more than 12-15h/week for gaming and D2 is not the only game I play.
I think his point was that Blizzard announces ladder with new runewords etc, uh how exciting, without doing a * at the bottem saying that you will most likely not be able to create a single top-end runeword if you don’t bot, don’t jsp or don’t play 15+ hours a day of nonstop MF during those 6 months of a season.
As a p8-viable hammerdin with all endgame gear i agree, not having /players on battle.net is annoying. I want to play ladder, to be able to trade and compete with others. When i want to fully use my character i have few options, if i don’t have an own team:
I can host public baalruns. OK, that is something i can do as a sorc at the first day. What is the point? I won’t get any other drops, only XP from now on.
I can join baalruns and solo clear chaos and join others at ~ 3rd baal wave. Great i will get some drops and more XP than from option 1, but there are very few baalruns today, only a fragment of players play the game today and there are not bot-hosted baalruns as there were in the old LOD. You spent 30 minutes looking for a gamesserie to join only to realize after 15 minutes that the host will not continue, or you experience some disconnect or some other random shit that will prevent you from joining the next game.
I can join/create split-mf game. That is annoying as hell, you run to 4 different places only to realize that they have been already cleared by someone else. Yesterday p8-viable javazon created a game i-cow-u-mf, to be able to play p8 cows only to realize that others are not mfing, but come to cow level to steal her items.
I can continue to play solo private games. Ok what is the point of p8-viable build?
I will stop playing soon, because i already have p8-viable build that i cannot simply enjoy playing. The most probable option.
And the most funny thing are players joining trade games to increase their drop chance at p2, because they don’t know drop chance increases only at p3, p5 and p7
Be careful what you wish for. Game will be infested with 24/7 8ppl closed games farmed by untraceable bots. Market prices will drop to a point when legit farming won’t make much sense at all.
Bots already play in closed games with 8 people doing split mf runs.
But i agree it would be a bad change. People who team up should have an advantage over single player. Most people in here don’t realize how little that advantage actually is. It’s mostly runes and not uniques that increase with players8/7.
How about starting a discord and invite people to splitfarm? Organize yourself instead of crying. That’s the reason multiplayer games exist. You will make friends along the way and have more fun.
Removing that incentive will lead to less communities.
Also increasing the reward with better gear will lead to more people buing items in order to farm faster. Sounds like a stupid idea to me
