Hi, the Amazon Skill DECOY is bugged, it should be an easy fix. This bug is pretty impactful.
• The Decoy’s life is almost always incorrectly set to either “0” (it dies in one hit every time) or some abnormally high value that means it never dies (only disappears after the full duration, tanks all monsters hits for the entire duration).
Of course this is NOT the Decoy’s intended mechanic and stat. This should be quite easy to fix, just a programming error that came with Resurrected. Please fix!!
I made another post in the Bug Report forum but I can’t find it anymore, someone else also reported it in more detail some months ago. Are you going to fix this bug?
Basically affects all Amazons and potentially all games that have an Amazon in them.
I imagine this can be fixed in under an hour, just find the line of code, rewrite the calculation properly which is mainly just a % multiplication of the amazon character, test to make sure it works all good and include it in next update…
By the way we are not going to play D4. But maybe we will play POE2.

Ok guys so apparently this bug has been known for years, reported since season 4 in 2023 or so, it’s easy / very easy to fix and was already looked into by some modding guys, unfortunately Blizzard support has been completely ignoring it all this time and in fact been completely silent on bug reports for all this time, likely there is not even anyone reading the bug reports forum. It’s a pretty impactful bug, giving you a infinite HP tank a lot of the time, or a no HP tank instead of 1000+hp, with available life beeing obviously a crucially important stat in pve and in hc, unfortunately it appears there is no longer any support by Blizzard going on for bugs. I came back after seeing some ad on facebook and I love D2 but I don’t want to be annoyed again by Blizzard like that. I feel like they’re just trying to drag us back onto battle.net launcher so they can advertise us other products that I’m not interested in, so anyway I’m leaving ciao.
This is the detailed report from last year and this bug was discovered long before that in season 4 apparently or 2023. I might come back once it’s fixed if it ever is. D2 best ARPG but I guess I’ll give a try to POE2 though and not D4. Also I’m gonna play Doom:Dark Age but on Steam : P
