2 times to queue for like 3 h… at the end of queue i got " Autentication Failled ". Now Blizzard, are u joking? U are not a indie company, so buy a good devs and good servers, because we all have paid for the game and play it, but at this state is only a scam. atleast give us a complete refund. No one single word of the problem, have patched for? Bah, really sad from a Grand Company u WAS.

Yesterday I was able to play online on the PC for 2 hours. Then I suddenly followed out of the game. When I tried to log in again, I got the error message “failed to authenticate - cannot connect to servers”. After further attempts I ended up in a queue. After I reached the end of the queue, the error message “failed to authenticate - unable to connect to servers” appeared again. I tried everything from technical support. Without success. I am also not assuming that the problem is on my end.
I would be very happy to hear back from technical support.
