B-net dosent show iam playing D2R

Hello support team.
My b-net client dosent show that iam playing D2R. Two weeks ago or so it worked very well.
How comes?
I didnt change anything.

Greetings, Jux

Is it not showing for you only, or also not for your friends?

Didnt asked them, because when i was tabbing out of D3 or D4 beta it was showing to me. Same as D2R like two weeks ago.

Will give feedback as soon as possible. Tomorrow.

Or do i have the mandela effect? Means i remember in wrong way to some things.

Greetings

Update:

Its not showing for me what iam playing, if i tab out of the game and doing stuff in a browser.
My friends see what game i currently play. Dosent matter if D2R or D3 or if iam ingame or tabbed out.

b-net version 2.19.01462
b-net update agent version 2.27.7.8209

Greetings, Jux.

Sounds like the Cache may be corrupt. Let’s start clearing that. Delete the Battle.net Cache and check if you still can’t see it.

It didnt worked.
I deleted the battle.net files too at c:\programdata (saw this in another thread), but nothing changed. Still dont see my own game status.

Greetings, Jux.

Let’s try reinstalling the App cleanly. First uninstall the Battel.net App and then follow these steps:

  1. Press Windows an R on your keyboard at the same time
  2. Enter the following command and click OK: %APPDATA%
  3. Delete the folders Battle.net, Blizzard and Blizzard Entertainment if they exist
  4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for the following commands: %LOCALAPPDATA%, %PROGRAMDATA% and %TEMP%

Afterwards reinstall the App to C:.

Two questions:

a) Does that mean i have to re-install/re-download D2R and D3 too, will they get de-installed when i remove b-net?

b) If i can prevent it, im not installing non-microsoft stuff on C:. B-net is on another Drive. Since ever. Worked for me. Does that matter?

a) No, D2R or D3 won’t get lost, unless you had them installed in a subfolder of the App itself. Then, they may get uninstalled or removed in the uninstall routine.

b) Yes, it does matter if the App is on C:\ or another drive. If it’s not on C:\ it may cause various odd issues, mostly permission related. Games can stay on another internal drive though

Did as you said and installed the b-net app on C:
Sadly nothing changed

Did you also clear the various folders after uninstalling? If yes, then it might be best to report it as a potential bug in our App Bug Report Forum.

Yeah i did. Sorry i forgot to write this down. My bad.
Posted a thread in the other forum, but i cant post a link/a connection to this page here. Hopefully someone finds a solution.
