if you have a gg hamerdin, you can join baalruns and make the cowlevel in it. paladin can kill dozen of cows really fast if you circle-teleporting through them and cast the hammer in the center of the circle. you can do 70-90% of the level with a 13k hammerdin and nobody will disturb you. (depends on the teleporter fcr)
