I had the same problem, just downgraded my screen resolution to minimum supported - 1280 x 720
hello i have the same problem, i played some months ago and now i cant play, stuck on the black screen with d2 logo and mouse moving…
i seen others posts where you (blue posts) say we havent good system requirement i think i’m large on this point -,-
and my pilots have the last update
Intel(R) Core™ i7-9700K CPU
16g ram
windows 10 x64
rtx 2070
i tried repair
and one other post say refresh options in game but there’s not this option for D2…
The same problem here.
I was playing few month ago without problems and now I wait ages in this black screen with the mouse hand simbol and logo on the right down side of the screen.
Any solution please???
