So you really thought it would be possible to play on launch day? 
Can’t remember any launch of an online game where that was possible. Since I never expected to be able to play the game today, as it is not my first launch day, I am not disappointed. Though it would have been a positive surprise, if I would be able to play today.

also this isnt a real launch day. this is an RElaunch day. this game got just a graphic update. under this graphic it is the same game since 20 years. so it is normal they cant handle it?

Game runs bloody perfect in single player mode, just wait for all the people to stop crashing in to the servers at launch, which btw happens to just about every single big developer on a big release.

Game works like a charm in offline, the only mode where you can enjoy the game without all these entitled and whiny people who have patience equal to a gnat.
Like others have said, did you really think that it would be possible to play on “re-launch” day online?
Clearly new to Blizzard launches, or any online launch for that matter.

I don’t get why people refund stuff when things don’t go perfectly. I mean come on now… Almost nothing in life goes perfectly. To go into a launch for a game with a diablo title, expecting absolutely no hiccups is living in fantasy land.
Also, I will admit… d2r launch was far from perfect. It had some hiccups, but most of those hiccups have been ironed out within the first 24 hours of launch.
Comparing or even saying d2r launch was/is anything like d3’s launch is 100% laughable. You need to go back and actually relive d3’s launch. Because by this time in d3’s launch you would still be having issues connecting and staying connected to the servers… and would be for the week or so.

it runs for you. most of my friends, including myself, cannot access it still due to error.
we are still waiting to be able to at least enter the menu of the game 18 hours after launch
