I deleted the runes and i used another runes for Crescent Moon and it worked.So.Admins of Blizzard.The Runeword Plague is bugged and i want the runes back.
The only thing that is bugged is your understanding of the game and your attitude.
CM works also in non-ladder games.
Plague is exclusive to the ladder. It will NOT work in non-ladder games.

the game does not provide anywhere the information what runeworks works where ladder/non-ladder… so yes, some new players can have trouble with this. they shall add tooltips, or in cube list of recipees for runewords(like D3 has in cube).
The patch notes clearly stipulate that these runewords will be available for Non-Ladder once the current season is over!

True. But the game also doesn’t provide anywhere the information which runeworks actually exist. So you get this from somewhere, for example the patch notes. And there it’s clearly written that the new RWs are ladder-only.
If some third party site only lists the RWs but not the fact that they are l-o, that isn’t Blizzard’s fault.
